It has lever handles with 6 threaded swing spout reach. The maximum flow rate is 2.2gal/min, 60 psi. Installation for 4" centers. 15271-4-CP This item is in very good condition. It has never been installed. There are two, very small 2mm or less sized scratches on the neck. Please see attached photos.
