Berlin design agency e27 devised this take on ambient lighting in an intriguingly sculptural steel case for noted German brand Pulpo. The precisely perforated light screen on the top half sits on an opaque metal base, separated by a thin band of black wood. Place on the floor for low-level atmosphere or on a sideboard or table to lend a mesmerizing mood.
