We have a surplus of door hardware and div.10 specialty items. In the photos it is every "crate" with a white X on it. These are all brand new items that got changed ordered from the job after we procured them. These are from life science & health care projects. Every door hardware box comes with everything it came to us with (screws etc.) We have about 8 of these "crates" The door hardware entails: door handles, push bars, hinges. Some are electrified and can be worth up $800 each. The specialty items range from: Fire extinguisher cabinets to bathroom trims, bathroom partitions, bike racks, crash rails. We are looking to get rid of these for a super low cost, if you are bale to pick these up the cost will be much lower, and we can talk price once you reach out. The main goal is for these to be reused or recycled since they are brand-new we do not want them to end up in the landfill. We would've typically just given these to habitat for humanity, but they do not exist in San Diego anymore. Please reach out as we are eager to make a deal, if you decide to take the whole lot and can pick them up at our location the cost will be LOW. We have a forklift on site and can lift these on to a trailer or box truck.
