The 1967 Pendant from GUBI offers a mix of contemporary simplicity and Scandinavian presentation. Created by Pavo Tynell, the legendary designer and metalsmith known as “The man who illuminated Finland,” it expands on a timeless design from the 1950s that artfully suspends a signature brass structure with fine loops. The small, luxurious metal structure suspends the lamping and a conical canvas shade and inset disc diffuser, capturing direct light and transforming it into a mellow and even ambiance that keeps the organic nature of the canvas on full display.
