Castor | Recycled Tube Light Art installation or lighting design? The Recycled Tube fixture from Toronto-based Castor lies somewhere in-between. Burnt-out fluorescent tubes lashed together with steel, with a tangle of electric cords nakedly visible, form a suspended cylinder that surrounds the LED light source. Readily providing diffused ambient illumination, it's another characteristically unorthodox design coup for Castor's Brian Richer and Kei Ng.
