Description
The Hyphen is a two-headed pendant from Darmes, the Morin-Heights studio in Quebec. Two cylindrical bodies meet at a central pivot, so each head aims independently — the light can be split across a table, turned in on itself, or thrown in two directions at once.
It is built from steel and porcelain, formed in one piece without welding and finished by hand in the studio's own workshop. This is the Chromatic Black version: a black steel body with an iridescent sheen that shifts with the light.
