The round base gives the arm above rotating capabilities. This arm leans forward to maximize the light and create an attractive profile. Like a chimney, the lampshade acts as a heatsink for its light source with a curved hood. Gripping the adjustable shade reveals a switch that clicks on to produce an accenting horizontal light and a luscious down glow.
