Zellige Tile in original boxes from Morocco

I bought the tile last year in Morroco and shipped them for a project in LA that didnt happen, and now moving so I’d like to sell it. They are made in Morocco by seventh-generation craftsmen. The art of "zellige" tile dates back many centuries. Handmade, hand-glazed and hand-cut terra cotta tile are crafted using traditional and regional clays and the finest glaze pigments. There’s 12 colors, all in different amounts and the price vary depending on the pigment. I have calculated my price using the lowest price I found in Google with 30% off for individual colors and additional 20% if you buy the entire lot. *NOTE: There’s a Zellige tile production in Mexico. They are usually about 20-30% cheaper that Moroccan Zellige, but the difference in the quality of the pigment and in the way they reflect the light is very noticeable. The total quantity is 1,925 Sq Feet. Black 38 sqf x $22=$ 836 Total for all individual colors is $ 41,450 If you buy the entire lot, that would be an additional 20% off, so for 1,925 Sq Feet you’d pay $33,160 which would bring it down to $17 per sq foot. The tile is stored in the house in Hollywood Hills and I’d encourage local buyers for pick up.
