The GUBI Bestlite BL6 Wall Sconce is an iconic design originally designed in 1930 by Robert Dudley Best. Representing an important era of European modernism, British manufacturing expertise became influenced by the German Bauhaus school of thought. Best applied the philosophy that fine art and craft could coexist to the Bestlite, resulting in the ultra-modern and functional design seen today. The wall sconce is unique in that is arcs away from the wall, hardly blending in to the background. The crisp detailing and smart mechanics allow the arm to swing horizontally from the wall, casting perfect task light below.
- Horizontally adjustable arm
- Shade is ball-jointed to the arm for adjustable task light
